Aluminium Phosphate Poisoning and Ignition in a Forensic Case

Metal phosphides like aluminium phosphide ar potent pesticides. This extremely deadly substance is employed for rice and different grains protection in Iran. because of its high toxicity potential and simple accessibility, it's wide used as a suicide poison. This substance has no effective curative and also the incidence of deaths because of its poisoning is increasing day by day in Iran. this study was conducted to indicate the increasing incidence of fatal aluminium phosphide poisoning associate degreed its pharmacology and rhetorical aspects in an 8-year study, 2006 to 2013. Autopsy sheets were reviewed and cases with the history of aluminium phosphide poisoning were chosen. pharmacology analysis results, demographic and necroscopic examination findings were studied. a complete of fifty one.8% of studied cases were feminine. Most of the cases were between ten and forty years previous. the style of death was self-poisoning in eighty fifth of cases. Morphine, ethanol, and tricyclic were the foremost common extra medicine detected in pharmacology analysis. The incidence of fatal aluminium phosphide poisoning cases referred for gas analysis was five.22 and 37.02 per million of population of capital of Iran in 2006 and 2013, severally.
